How do I track my Gymshark order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your parcel directly through the 'My Account' section on our website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please use our online returns portal to generate your shipping label.
When will a specific item be restocked?
We don't always have set dates for restocks. We recommend signing up for 'Back in Stock' notifications on the specific product page and following our social media channels for the latest drop updates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Gymshark ships to over 180 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that some regions may be subject to customs duties.
How should I wash my Gymshark leggings and gym wear?
To maintain the quality of your gear, we recommend washing items inside out on a cold cycle (30°C). Avoid using fabric softeners and do not tumble dry, as this can damage the elasticity and sweat-wicking properties.
